3 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons Sweet Chili Sauce
1 Tablespoon Sriracha
Juice of 1 lime
2 lbs Brussels halved (quartered if larger)
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 425, whisk oil, chili sauce, sriracha, and lime

On a baking sheet, toss brussels with sauce, salt and pepper

Roast until slightly charred. 30-35 minutes
