1 cup tahini, ½ cup lemon juice, 1 clove garlic, water (to thin out and create desired consistency)
Blend all of the ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until combined.
Sweet Dijon Vinaigrette
¾ cup Dijon mustard, ¾ cup flax oil, ¼ cup agave nectar, 2 Tablespoons fresh ginger, finely minced, 4 cloves garlic, finely minced, ¼ cup apple cider vinegar, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, ¼ cup water, 1 Tablespoon sea salt.
In a mixing bowl, whisk all ingredients together until smooth.

I put all of these ingredients straight onto my salad. I just eyeball the measurement and it always tastes great! A few suggestions; go light on the cayenne and no more than a tablespoon of flax oil.
Basic Vinaigrette Dressing
2 Medjool dates, ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar, ½ cup water, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, 1 garlic clove, ¼ teaspoon thyme, ¼ cup walnuts, chopped.
Blend all of the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
